How to clear balls jam ?

If a ball gets stuck behind the throwing wheels, the machine may shut down. Turn off the machine and clear the ball jam.

How much charge does the new machine’s battery have ？

The new battery is typically charged below 30% when it leaves the factory. Charge the battery before using the machine to avoid inconvenience. it takes about 8 hours to fully charged the machine, providing approximately 4-5 hours of normal usage.

What should you do if Machine doesn’t work when the switch is pressed ?

Check if the fuse is burnt out. Replace it if necessary. Ensure the battery is charged, indicated by the charger light turning green when full.
